摘  要:目的:优选八珍颗粒中当归、川芎、白术等药材挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法:以挥发油的提取量为考察指标,采用正交试验优选挥发油提取工艺;以挥发油包合率和包合物收得率为综合考察指标,优选β-环糊精包合工艺并进行包合验证。结果:该处方中挥发油的优化提取工艺为:加入8倍量水,浸泡30 min,提取9 h;挥发油优化包合工艺为:挥发油:β-CD为1∶8,包合温度30℃,包合时间为30 min。结论:优选的挥发油提取工艺提油率较高,包合工艺稳定可行,有效的保留了八珍颗粒中挥发油成分。OBJECTIVE To optimize the process of volatile oil extraction and β-eyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion from Angelica sinensis, ligusticum wallichii and Rhizoma Atractylodis in Bazhen Granules. METHODS Amount of volatile oil was adopted as observation index, and extraction process of volatile oil was optimized by orthogonal test. Inclusion rate of volatile oil and yield of inclusion compound were used as comprehensive assessment parameters to optimize -CD inclusion technology and perform in- clusion validation. RESULTS The optimum extraction process of volatile oil: water volume of 8 times, soaking time 30 mi- nutes, extraction time 9 hours. The optimum inclusion technology of volatile oiI: ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin 1 : 8, in- clusion temperature 30℃, inclusion time 30 minutes. CONCLUSION The optimized extraction technology has a high rate of oil yield. The optimized inclusion technology is stable and feasible, can effectively retain volatile oils in Bazhen Granules.
