量化理论公式在医院药品采购中应用分析

摘　　要：目的:为减少药品库存,降低成本,提高医院药品采购的合理性,科学性。方法:借鉴先进的库存管理模式,结合医院实际情况,利用ABC数学分类模型对药品进行分类,利用量化理论公式,合理制订采购计划和采购数量。结果:在确保临床供应的基础上,把医院药品的库存量控制在合理的范围内,可以提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。结论:采用量化理论公式,零库存管理,综合考虑各方面情况,编制采购计划和管理库存量,方法切实可行,行之有效。OBJECTIVE To reduce drug inventory and costs, improve hospital drug procurement reasonably and scientifical- ly. METHODS By learning from advanced inventory management model, combining actual situation, ABC mathematical classi- fication model was used for drug classification, quantization theoretical formula for development of procurement plans and rea sonable procurement quantity. RESULTS Based on ensuring clinical supply and controlling drug inventory within a reasonable range, hospital social and economic benefits can be improved. CONCLUSION It is practical and feasible to adopt quantitative theoretical formula, perform zero inventory management by comprehensively considering all aspects, developing procurement plans and managing inventory levels.
