摘  要:目的:研究铅、砷、汞、镉4种重金属在冬虫夏草中存在的化学形态。方法:通过逐步提取法来分析冬虫夏草中铅、砷、汞、镉的化学形态。结果:化学形态分析结果表明Pb以盐酸提取态为主;As主要以残渣形式存在,其次是乙醇提取态和去离子水提取态;Hg基本为残渣态;Cd含量很低,且主要是氯化钠提取态。结论:冬虫夏草中4种重金属的主要存在形态有很大的差异。OBJECTIVE To study chemical speciation of four heavy metals in cordyceps sinensis, including lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium. METHODS Sequential extraction procedure was applied to analyze chemical speciation of heavy metals. RESULIS Pb was mainly in HCI. extractable form, As mainly in residual form followed by ethanol and deionized water ex- tractable forms, Hg mainly in residue form while Ca only had small content mainly in NaC1 extractable form. CONCLUSION There is a big difference between main chemical speciation of four heavy metals in cordyceps sinensis.
