摘 要:基于雷诺平均纳维-斯托克斯方程与Realizable k-ε双方程湍流模型,利用CFD软件建立了某型涡轮增压器离心式压气机内部气体的可压缩流动仿真模型。分析了不同工况下压气机的压比和效率随着流量的变化关系,深入研究了转子区域和扩压区域的气体流动速度与压力的分布、形成过程及相互影响。研究结果表明:增压器在28 200r/min时工作效率最高,叶轮主流叶片压力面中部靠近叶尖区域出现低压区引起的气体回流现象及叶片吸力面出现低压区引起的气体紊流现象是影响压气机效率变化的原因;叶片前缘及尾部流场特性存在较大差异;扩压器叶片入口处极易出现涡流损失。Based on the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and Realizable k-ε two-equation turbulence model, simulation model of the compressible flow of the internal air in a turbocharger compressor was built by CFD software. The function of the charging pressure ratio and compressor efficiency with the flow rate was analyzed under different operating couditions, and the distribution and interaction effect of the velocity and pressure in the rotor region and diffusion region were further studied. The analytical results show that the highest efficiency of the compressor is achieved at 28 200 r/min. The air backflow induced by the meiobar at the middle of the pressure side of the main blades, and the air turbulence induced by the meiobar at the suction side of the main blades are the two main causes for influencing the compressor efficiency. The flow characteristics at the blade leading edge are different from that of the afterbody. The vortex loss appears at the inlet of the diffuser easily
