摘 要:为研究不同精粗比全价颗粒饲料对犊牛不同组织中SREBP-1、FASN、SCD1和ApoA1mRNA表达的影响,选取日龄和体重相近的中国荷斯坦断奶公犊牛12头,分为4组,每组3头,各试验组精粗比分别为75∶25(Ⅰ)、70∶30(Ⅱ)、65∶35(Ⅲ)和60∶40(Ⅳ),预试期14d,正试期56d。结果表明,试验Ⅱ组肝脏、十二指肠和瘤胃中的SREBP-1和ApoA1mRNA相对表达量显著高于试验Ⅳ组(P<0.05);试验I组肝脏和十二指肠中的FASN mRNA相对表达量显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),而在瘤胃和肌肉中的结果与之相反;试验Ⅰ组犊牛肝脏和十二指肠以及试验Ⅲ组瘤胃中的SCD1mRNA相对表达量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。以上结果说明,日粮高精粗比能够促进犊牛体内脂肪的形成。To study the effects of concentrate to forage ratio in pellet feed on the expression of SREBP-1,FASN,SCD1 and ApoA1mRNA in different calf tissue.Twelve Holstein bull calves with similar age and weight were divided into 4groups with 3calves in each group.Calves in the groups were fed with different concentrate∶forage ratios∶75∶25(Ⅰ),70∶30(Ⅱ),65∶35(Ⅲ)and 60∶40(Ⅳ),respectively.The pre trial period was 14 dand the experimental period was 56 d.The results showed:The expression of related SREBP-1and ApoA1 mRNA in liver,duodenum and rumen of group II was significantly higher than of groupⅣ.The expression of related FASN mRNA in liver and duodenum of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅲ,but in rumen and muscle the results obtained were on the contrary.The expression of related SCD1 mRNA in liver,duodenum of group Ⅰ and rumen of groupⅢ was significantly higher than that of other groups.In conclusion,the high concentrate to forage ratio could improve fat synthesis of calf.
