摘　　要：高校教工党支部在高校教学和科研中发挥着重要的作用，是高校正常运转的骨干力量。提出了通过开展先进性组织生活、学习型组织生活、发展党内民主、创新组织生活载体等方式，提升高校教工党支部组织生活的质量和效果。The Party branch of university faculty plays an important role in teaching and research and is the back- bone of the normal operation in universities. The method of operating branch activities of advanced nature learning, developing inner-Party democracy and innovating carder is proposed to improve the quality and effect of the Party branch activities of university faculty.
