参芪扶正注射液防治胸部放疗放射性肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液对胸部肿瘤放疗导致的放射性肺炎的治疗疗效。方法:选取初治胸部肿瘤患者50例,分为观察组和对照组,各25例,所有患者均给予三维适形调强放疗。放疗同时观察组配合参芪扶正注射液,对照组单纯放疗。比较两组患者放射性肺炎的发生情况、治疗疗效及生活质量情况。结果:观察组放射性肺炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组生活质量改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放疗同时配合参芪扶正注射液治疗可降低胸部肿瘤放射性肺炎的发生率,改善患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the radiation pneumonia caused by radiotherapy for thoracic tumor. Methods：50 cases of patients with early treatment of breast cancer were di-vided into observation group and control group,with 25 patients in each group. All patients were treated three-dimen-sional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy. Prescribed dose was 95% PTV（Planning Target Volume）60 Gy /2 Gy / 30times. In the observation group,Radiotherapy was combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection;in the control group,radiotherapy was taken alone. Radioactive pneumonia in the case of the occurrence and the treatment efficacy and quality of life were compared with between the two groups of patients. Result：The incidence of radioactive pneumo-nia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. There was statistically significant difference in the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）. The rate of treatment efficiency in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the con-trol group. There was no statistically significant difference（P ﹥ 0. 05）. the life quality improvement in the observation group was better than that of control group. There was statistically significant difference（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion：The treatment of radiotherapy combined with Shenqi Fuzheng injection can reduce the incidence of radiation pneumonia caused by radiotherapy for thoracic tumor,which leads to the improvement of patient quality of life.
