摘 要:长江流域稻区是中国最大的水稻产业带,为保障国家粮食安全做出了重要贡献。长江流域稻作发展面临双季稻面积下降、杂交稻面积萎缩、粳稻面积上升、直播面积扩大、化肥农药用量升高的新形势,提出了培育早熟、高产、优质、高效、耐逆、适宜机械化作业的水稻新品种,推进"单改双"、"常改杂"、"籼改粳",科学发展直播稻,实现"药肥双减"的发展思路。The rice growing region in Yangtze River basin is the biggest rice production region in China and has made significant contribution to national food security. However,the rice development in Yangtze River basin is facing some challenges under new situations,including declining double-cropping rice area,shrinking hybrid rice area,increasing japonica rice area,expanding direct seeding area and the increasing use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. To address these issues,the development strategies were proposed for rice production,including breeding new rice varieties with early maturity,high yield,high quality,efficiency and stress tolerance and suitable for mechanized farming,promoting ″ single-cropping rice to double-cropping rice″,″ conventional rice to hybrid rice″and ″indica rice to japonica rice″,scientifically developing direct seeding rice and realizing ″decrease of both fertilizers and pesticides″.
