山西省汾河流域大中型水库浮游植物监测与生物多样性分析

摘　　要：根据山西省水环境监测中心在2011年对汾河流域四座大中型水库:汾河水库、汾河二库、文峪河水库和浍河水库进行浮游植物监测的结果,使用Margalef氏多样性指数(D)和经Lloyd简化后的Shannon-Weaver多样性指数(H’)对浮游植物的生物多样性进行了分析评价。得出四水库浮游植物生物多样性处于中等水平,但偶然会有个别月份水库中的生物多样性会下降,水库存在进一步富营养化趋势的结论。Based on the results of phytoplankton monitoring in four large and medium reservoirs including the Fenhe Reservoir,the Fenhe Reservoir Ⅱ,the Wenyuhe Reservoir and the Huihe Reservoir located in the Fenhe River Basin monitored in 2011 by Water Environment Monitoring Center in Shanxi Province,Margalef diversity index（ D） and Shannon-Weaver diversity index（ H＇） simplified by Lloyd were adopted to analyze and evaluate the biological diversity of phytoplankton.The results show that the biological diversity of phytoplankton in these four reservoirs is in the medium level,but the biological diversity in these reservoirs declines occasionally in individual months. The four reservoirs show further trend of eutrophication.
