摘  要:运输装载车主要包括底盘、装载平台、随车吊机、支腿。分析整车受力时,以车架为分析对象,与车架发生力作用的设备包括随车吊机、装载平台、支腿、底盘设备。除随车吊机及轮胎悬挂,其它均为固定结构。提出一种考虑支腿和轮胎同时着地时运输转载车的受力分析方法。分析步骤为:使用机器人运动学原理计算负载、随车吊机在车架上的作用力,推导常用随车吊机结构相对应负载质心位置计算公式;根据支腿伸出长度,通过数值分析法计算轮胎悬挂对车架的作用力;使用超静定受力分析方法,计算支腿受力。该分析方法能够在设计阶段精确计算主要部件的受力情况,指导精细化设计,也可以为运输转载车的操作使用提供指导。The transport-loading vehicle(TLV) was mainly composed of chassis, support platform, crane and support legs. When analyzing force of whole vehicle, the frame was chosen as the analysis object. The equipments which interacted with frame included crane, support platform, support legs and chassis. Except crane and tyres suspension system, others were all fixed structures. A method of force analysis for TLV was proposed in the paper under the condition that support legs and tyres landing at the same time. The analysis steps were as follows: Calculate the force applied on frame by load and crane based on robot kinematics principle. Derive crane position corresponding to center of gravity of load. Calculate the force applied on frame by tyres and suspension system based on numerical analysis method according to the extending length of support legs. Calculate force of support legs based on statically indeterminate force analysis method. The force of main structures can be calculated exactly using this method in design stage, which can guide fining design and operation of TLV.
