摘  要:为了保证多体分离的安全、可靠,对多体分离边界干涉及相应的分离碰撞检测方法进行研究,给出一种基于危险截面特征点的分离碰撞检测方法。针对典型串、并联式分离体的碰撞形式,利用危险截面特征点方法分析确定碰撞检测时各类分离体上的危险体元素,进而分析确定分离过程中危险体元素间的最短距离。以某新型飞行器串联外切式分离为例对该方法进行验证,并与工程上常用的质心检测方法进行对比分析,结果表明该方法可有效改善分离碰撞检测精度,可为修正多体相对运动、选择连接分离装置以及相关结构布局设计等提供依据。To ensure the security and reliability in the multi-body separation process, the boundary interference of separation vehicle and the corresponding collision detection were studied. Then, a collision detection method of separation vehicle based on feature points on the danger section was proposed. According to the collision form of typical separation vehicle in series or in parallel, the dangerous elements were identified and the minimum distance between elements was calculated. The proposed method was used to analyze the series and circumscribed type separation of a new vehicle, and compared with the centroid detection method commonly used in engineering. The result shows that the proposed method is able to improve the accuracy of collision detection effectively.
