振动离心复合环境试验下的结构响应分析

摘  要:振动离心复合环境试验时,被试结构不但承受径向振动应力和离心力,还会在科氏力的作用下产生切向振动应力。在切向与径向动特性耦合情况下,被试结构在振动离心复合环境下会出现较明显的切向响应,进而形成两个正交方向高度相关的振动环境,暴露结构的潜在隐患。理论推导了被试结构的切向响应解析解,分析动特性耦合程度对径向与切向响应的影响,并通过仿真计算获得了角速度和结构动特性对结构响应的变化规律。During the synthesis environment test of vibration and centrifuge, the test article not only bears the radial vibration stress and centrifugal force, but also generates the tangential vibration stress because of Coriolis force. When the dynamic characteristics of tangential and radial directions couple, the tangential responses of the article are obvious and form two height-relevant vibration environments in mutually orthogonal direction, which exposes structure's hidden trouble. In this paper, the analytic solutions of the tangential responses are deduced and the effect of the coupling degree on article's radial and tangential responses is obtained. And the results of the simulation prove that the angular velocity and the dynamic characteristics would influence the structure responses.
