摘  要:以自制TiO_2纳米粉体为前驱体,NaOH溶液为水热介质,采用常压水热法制备了TiO_2纳米管光催化剂,利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)等分析手段对样品进行了表征。运用定性抑菌圈法考察了TiO_2纳米管对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌性能,并测定了其对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解活性。结果表明,采用该方法得到的TiO_2纳米管为锐钛矿相,结构清晰、管形均匀,对两种细菌表现出了良好的抑菌性能,其光催化降解率在光照90 min时达到84.840%。TiO2 nanotubes photocatalysts were successfully prepared by atmospheric hydrothermal method with titania and NaOH as the sources. The materials were further characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), etc. Its antibacterial activity against staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis was investigated by the qualitative inhibition zone method. Furthermore, its photocatalytic activity was also evaluated by the degradation of methyl orange solution. The results show that the product possesses anatase phase with clear structure and uniform shape. The as-prepared TiO2 nanotubes have good antibacterial properties and the degradation ratio of methyl orange reaches 84.840% after irradiation for 90 win.
