摘　　要：随着经济水平的迅速提高,我国的体育事业也发展到了历史性的新高度。但运动员职业道德失范现象却时有发生,体现了我国运动员体育职业精神的缺失。研究表明:我国运动员体育职业精神缺失主要表现在无纪律、搞特权,缺乏社会责任意识和竞技体育精神等。而提高运动员体育职业精神应从改革创新管理制度、塑造优秀典范、增强社会责任意识、创新培养模式等入手。With the rapid improvement of economy, China＇s sports undertakings have developed to a historically new level. However, players＇ ethics anomies have occurred now and then, which reflects the lack of their professionalism. Studies have shown that：athletes lack sports professionalism which mainly lies in the absence of discipline, engaging in privilege, poor awareness of social responsibility and lack of competitive sports spirit. To improve athletes ＇ professionalism, it is vital to start from innovating management system, shaping models, enhancing their awareness of social responsibility and innovating training modes.
