摘　　要：农民向市民的转变,是扩大城市的必然要求。文章通过问卷调查的方式,以合肥市肥西县南岗镇为研究对象,对农民市民化过程中出现的劳动就业、补偿安置、社会保险、管理模式、生活方式等问题进行了研究,总结出农民市民化过程中出现的种种障碍,以及通过创新制度促进农民市民化的对策建议。The transformation of farmers into urban residents, is the inevitable requirement of expanding the city. In this paper, by way of a questionnaire survey in Nangang Feixi County town of Hefei city as the research object, on the problems of peasants＇ Citizenization in employment, compensation and resettlement, social insurance, management mode, life style and so on, summed up the process of urbanization of farmers in the present obstacles, and through the innovation system to promote the citizenization of peasants countermeasures and suggestions.
