摘　　要：本文根据"日喀则地区种植业结构调整与农区高效养殖产业发展"项目的实施,一是通过提高农作物单产,调整种植业结构,促进农区畜牧业发展,从而实现农民增收;二是通过例证阐述了"在农牧区高新技术不一定管用,而农牧民可接受并应用的简单技术肯定管用",并让技术适应农牧民,以此为指导,促进了农户增产增效和增收。According to ＂The adjustment of planting industry structure and breeding industry development of Shigatse City ＂, first by increasing the crop yield, adjusting the structure of planting industry, promoting agricultural region＇s animal husbandry development, thus increasing the income of the farmers; second through the examples to prove＂ The high technology is not necessarily useful in the agricultural and pastoral areas, the technology that the farmers can accept and apply is useful ＂, and let the technology to adapt to the farmers and herdsmen, as a guide, promoting the efficiency of farmer＇s production and income.
