摘　　要：目的 探讨深圳市汉族育龄妇女多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的患病率及非PCOS者的高雄激素的临床表现特征。方法 采用随机整群抽样的方法,调查2012年12月至2014年3月深圳市707名20～45岁育龄妇女的基本资料并进行相关体格检查,统计PCOS的患病率,并分析临床高雄激素的特点。结果 （1）本次共回收有效问卷669份,有效回收率94.6%,诊断PCOS患者53人,PCOS患病率为7.92%,其中≤35岁者为94.3%（50/53）;（2）按照Ferriman-Gallwey毛发评分标准（F-G评分）,非PCOS者的F-G评分〉5分者共29例,多毛发生率为4.7%,PCOS患者则包括16例,多毛发生率为30.2%,PCOS患者多毛发生率显著高于正常人群（P〈0.05）。结论深圳市汉族育龄妇女的PCOS患病率较高,PCOS患者易出现多毛、复发性痤疮等症状,其中以35岁以下妇女较多见,应当做好PCOS相关知识的宣教,做好PCOS的预防。Objective To investigate the prevalence of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） and clinical characters of non-PCOS with high estradiol level in general Han ethnic women in Shenzhen city. Methods A total of 707 reproductive age women, aged from 20 to 45 years, were enrolled by random cluster sampling from December 2012 to March 2014 in Shenzhen city. All subjects underwent physical examination. The prevalence of PCOS and clinical characters of high estradiol level were investigated. Results （1）669 valid questionnaires were collected, and the effective re- covery rate was 94.6%. 53 women were diagnosed with PCOS, the incidence rate of which was 7.92%. The prevalence of PCOS in women less than 35 years was 94.3%（50/53）. （2）The F-G score of 29 non-PCOS was more than 5, and the incidence of hirsutism was 4.7 %. The F-G score of 16 PCOS patients was more than 5, and the incidence of hirsutism was 30.2%. The hirsutism rate of PCOS patients was significantly higher than normal people（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prevalence of PCOS is high in Han ethnic reproductive age women in Shenzhen city. The PCOS patients, especially aged less than 35 years, mainly present with hirsutism and recurrent acne. Education should be a key method to prevent PCOS.
