摘　　要：中国迄今为止已经发生九次股灾,与美国、日本等国家的股灾相比,我国的股灾具有暴涨暴跌、周期短、平均振幅大等特点。造成这种情况的重要的原因在于发展资本市场的指导思想、资本市场的制度、法制、投资文化等方面存在缺陷。要想使股市有长远健康的发展,就应转变资本市场发展的指导思想,加强资本市场制度和法制建设,培养健康的股市投资文化。There has been nine times of stock market crash in China.Compared with that of the US,Japan,etc.,it has characteristics of rocketing and slumping in price,short cycle and the distinct average amplitude.The main reasons lie in the deficiencies in the guiding ideology of capital market development and rules,legal system as well as investment culture of capital market.To make a long-term healthy development of the stock market,it is required to change the guiding ideology of capital market development,strengthen the capital market system and the legal system,and develop a healthy investment culture of stock market.
