摘　　要：徐州市机构养老的基本现状是供给总量不足与入住率较低并存、与条件不均衡同在,究其原因既有老年人自身方面的,也有养老机构及发展环境方面的因素。加快机构养老的发展,既需要地方政府的科学规划、制度创新和政策支持,也要求养老机构加强内涵建设、提高服务水平,同时也需要全社会转变观念,形成关注支持机构养老发展的良好氛围。The general situation of Xuzhou institutional pension is insufficient supply and low occupancy,with unbalanced conditions,owing to the problems both of the elderly and the institutions and their developing environment.To speed up the development of the nursing institutions needs both the scientific planning,innovation and policy support of local government,and the connotation construction and service improvement of the nursing institutions.Meanwhile,it is asked that the whole society should change ideology to form a good atmosphere for focusing the support of institutional pension.
