摘 要:针对海水冷却塔飘滴现象对环境的严重影响,现有淡水用波形收水器难以有效控制飘水率的现状,研究开发了一种新型高效的海水冷却塔专用收水器-SW-145.该收水器具有复合梯形波三维结构,适用于以浓缩海水为冷却介质的海水冷却塔.在冷却塔试验测试平台上,对SW-145型收水器的飘水性能与阻力性能开展测试.结果表明,在进塔水量为10 t/h、15 t/h、20 t/h时其阻力略高于波形收水器,但飘水率显著降低,其平均值为0.000 873%,优于我国现行相关标准要求,具有良好的飘滴控制能力.The drift phenomenon is important for the performance of seawater cooling tower. In particular, conventional drift eliminator in large scale mechanical draft seawater cooling tower usually fails to capture liquid droplets in case of high flow velocity. To solve this problem, we independently developed a novel drift eliminator SW-145. The drift eliminator that is manufactured with a three-dimension trapezoidal wave structure is suitable for the concentrated seawater cooling tower, which is helpful to enhance the drift performance. An experiment was carried out to investigate the drifting ratio and resistance performance. It was found that the average drifting ratio of the seawater cooling tower was 0.000 873% when the inlet flow rate was 10 t/h, 15 t/h and 20 t/h. It proves that the novel drift eliminator we developed satisfies the mandatory requirements for a cooling tower with respect to the drifting ratio and resistance. Overall, the SW-145 drift eliminator for seawater cooling tower has a good water drift performance.
