摘　　要：中国共产党第十八届五中全会对生态文明建设作出了重大部署,对环境保护提出了重大改革方向,并勾勒出了"十三五"时期绿色环保新蓝图。国际社会高度关注中国提出绿色发展的理念,认为中国强调绿色发展,展现了大国的决心与担当,为全球的生态安全和可持续发展作出贡献。The Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has made an important deployment of ecological civilization construction, put forward the direction of significant reform to environmental protection, and the outline of the new blueprint of green environmental protection the Thirteen Five Planning period. International society has put more attention forward the concept of green development in China, and think that China＇s emphasis on green development, shows the power of determination and bear, contribute to the global ecological security and sustainable development.
