新安医籍所载治疗痹证方用药特色分析

摘　　要：新安医学是中医学的重要组成部分,新安医家所著医籍卷帙浩繁,医籍所载治疗痹证效方繁多。利用数据频数分析与频繁集技术,对新安医籍所载治疗痹证方中药物进行统计分析。研究发现,新安医籍所载治痹方虽载药宽泛、但用药集中。新安医家治疗痹证用药特色鲜明、风格独具;强调固本培元、重视调理脾胃;针对病机,重用补虚,重补气血,善化痰瘀,用药轻灵。Xin＇an medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese Medicine. Xin＇an medicine physicians＇ literature which recorded lots of prescriptions can be effective in the treatment of Bi Syndrome. Now by the use of frequency analysis and frequent itemsents to analyze the literature involving prescriptions for the treatment of Bi Syndrome,the results show the prescriptions include mass kinds of Chinese herbal but some kinds are more frequently. Xin＇an medicine physicians have distinctive and unique style in the treatment of Bi Syndrome,emphasizing strengthening root and culturing original,paying more attention to regulating and nursing spleen-stomach. For pathogenesis,it emphasizes supplement qi and blood and adapts dispersing phlegm and stasis methods with light Chinese herbal dose.
