旧工业厂房改造的合理化策略——以下关新华船厂改造方案为例

摘　　要：随着城市的高速化进程和大规模开发,很多20世纪七八十年代的旧工业厂房被闲置或拆除。近些年随着人们建筑意识的改变和文化创意需求的提高,废旧工业遗产的更新利用发展迅速。在南京,已经建成了不少成功案例,如晨光1865科技创意产业园、光华东街世界之窗创意产业园、集庆门凤巢文化产业园等。其中多为旧工业建筑集群的"园区式"改造开发,但对于单个、散落的旧工业厂房的改造还缺少关注。本文以南京市下关区新华船厂老厂房改造为例,在结构保留、建筑内部空间及功能布置、立面表皮材料、外部环境等方面,探索旧工业厂房改造的合理化策略。With the rapid and large-scale process of urban development, a lot of old industrial plants built in the seventies and eighties of the 20th century are discarded or removed. In recent years with the improvement of people＇ s awareness of architecture and cultural creativity demand, the re-use of waste industrial heritage is developing rapidly. In Nanjing, we have built a lot of success cases, such as the 1865 Technology Park in Chenguang plant, Window of Creative Industry Park in Guanghua East Street, Phoenix Nest cultural industry park in Jiqingmen. Many of them are old industrial building clusters with park-style reform and development, but there is no attention for the transformation of the individual,old industrial building. In this paper, take the transformation of Xinhua Shipbuilding plant in Nanjing Xiaguan area for example, to explore rationalization strategies of the transformation of the old industrial plant, about structure, function of the internal space ,the material of the facade and the external environment.
