摘　　要：唐代渤海国是隶属唐朝的民族政权,地处祖国版图的东北部。由于政权稳定,经济繁荣,在建设上京龙泉府都城时,其城市整体规划和建筑造型,尤其是建筑装饰风格方面,受唐朝长安城的影响。都城的设计建设与文化因素,与中原文化有着极其相近的地方,大体与中原"同风"。在建筑构件的装饰设计上,工艺美术设计的水平堪称那个地区那个时代的极高水平,在东北地区可谓首屈一指。The Bohai Kingdom belonging to national regime of Tang Dynasty during the tang dynasty, the Bohai Kingdom is located in the northeast of the motherland territory. In the building of the prefecture of Shangjing longquan government capital, its overall city planning and architectural image, especially building decoration style, affected by the Tang Dynasty Chang ＇an because of the regime stability and economic prosperity. The design of the capital construction and cultural factors was very close to the central plains culture, almost has the same style and character with central plains in general. On the construction decoration design, the Bohai Kingdom has the highest level in Arts and Crafts Design in that area at that time, is second to none in the northeast region.
