高校和科研院所引入风险投资基金的模式与对策研究

摘　　要：当前,科技金融投入方式单一严重约束了我国高校、科研院所科技成果的转化,结合我国实际,探讨引入风险投资基金,促进高校、科研院所科研成果转化,具有非常重要的价值。在对高校、科研院所引入风险投资基金的两种模式进行深入分析的基础上,建议完善高校、科研院所科技创新链条,鼓励高校、科研院所设立风险投资基金,创新科技金融发展机制,深化高校、科研院所科研人员激励机制改革,完善高校、科研院所科技成果转化机制。At present,unreasonable science and technology finance input seriously constrains the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges,universities and research insti-tutes of China,and combined with the reality of our country,we discussed that to introduce venture capital fund for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of the univer-sities and institutions has great significance.On the basis that two kinds of models of venture capital funds in universities and institutions and had deeply analysis of these two models,we suggested that to improve the science and technology innovation chain,to encourage them to set up a risk investment＆amp;nbsp;funds and to innovate financial development of science and technology mechanism,to deepening the reform of scientific research personnel incentive mechanism and to improve the science and technology achievements transformation mechanism of colleges and universities,scientific research institutes.
