摘 要:针对陆地通信与卫星通信间切换研究较少以及其系统间切换研究不成熟的情况,首先对卫星通信GMR-1与陆地通信FDD-LTE间切换技术、切换方法进行了深入的研究,然后通过分析卫星通信与陆地通信各自具有的特点,提出了一种基于TOPSIS(逼近理想点排序法)的联合垂直切换判决算法。将网络的接收信号强度、带宽、时延、费用、满意度5个属性作为TOPSIS算法的输入,并引入切换定时器、总接收信号强度和持续时间进行切换控制,对输出网络进行切换判决,切换正确率得到了很大的提升。这种切换策略与基于滞后门限策略相比,平均切换次数降低,很好地避免了切换中乒乓效应,系统服务等级升高,用户的体验得到改善。Given the relatively less and immature research on handover between terrestrial communications and satellite ones, the thesis has made a deep research on the handover techniques and methods between the GMR-1 (Geostationary Earth Orbit Mobile Radio Interface) and FDD-LTE (Long Term Evolution). The joint handover algorithm is introduced and discussed deeply based on the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) in the thesis by analyzing respectively the characteris- tics of satellite communications and the terrestrial ones. As the inputs of the TOPSIS algorithm, five attributes are considered in- cluding strength, bandwidth, delay, cost and degree of satisfaction relating to the received signal of the network. Furthermore, the handover decision of output network is processed by introducing handoff timer, total received signal strength and handover control to time of duration. Thus, the accuracy of handover makes a remarkable improvement. Compare with the lagged threshold strategy, this kind of handover strategy reduces average handover frequency and greatly avoids the handover ping-pong effect, leveling the system service and improving the user experience.
