摘　　要：电力通信网多年来随着电网的发展一直在不断地发展变化中,通过对电力系统通信专业及公网运营商的调研与分析,制定了电力通信网指标体系的设计原则及方法。在此基础上,提出了一套完备的电力通信网指标体系,并通过实例分析,验证了指标体系的科学性、合理性。研究成果能够为电力通信网的规划设计、运行维护提供科学有益的参考和决策依据,具有一定的实际意义。With the development of the power grid, power communication network has been in development and changes for many years. This paper through the research and analysis of power communications and the public network operators, formulate the de- sign＇s principles and methods of power communication network indicator system. On this basis,this paper builds a set of complete index system of the power communication network, and carrys on the example analysis, then verifies the science and rationality of the index system. The results of this study can provide a scientific reference and basis for planning, design, operation and mainte- nance of the power communication network.This study has a certain practical significance.
