摘 要:目的探讨多糖铁复合物治疗高通量血液透析患者肾性贫血的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年1月至2014年10月收治的接受血液透析的慢性肾脏病患者60例为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各30例,对照组患者使用促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上口服多糖铁复合物,观察比较两组患者治疗前后血细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血红蛋白水平及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者治疗后血红蛋白、HCT、RBC、SF水平均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),且试验组较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05),试验组患者不良反应发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多糖铁复合物治疗高通量血液透析患者肾性贫血,可有效提高临床效果,但不良反应发生率明显升高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of polysaccharide-iron complex in the treatment of renal anemia patients with high-flux hemodialysis.Method 60 patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD) who received hemodialysis from January 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group and comparison group.EPO treatment was applied in comparison group,and the polysaccharideiron complex was additionally used in experimental group.HCT,RBC,SF,Hb levels and incidence rate of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,HCT,RBC,Hb and SF levels of the two groups increased were significantly higher than before treatment(P〈0.05),and above indexes levels of experiental group were obviously higher than comparison group(P〈0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly higher than comparison group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Polysaccharide-iron complex in the treatment of renal anemia patients with high-flux hemodialysis can effectively improve the clinical effect,but the incidence rate of adverse reactions increased obviously.
