摘　　要：胚胎干细胞是主要来源于囊胚内细胞团的一种具有多向分化和长期增殖潜能的细胞,在生命科学的许多领域都有应用,已成为干细胞研究领域的热点。本文综述了胚胎干细胞在培养、诱导分化及应用等方面的研究进展。Embryonic stem cell is a kind of one that mainly divided from the inner cell mass of blastula and keep differentiated and long-time generation abilities.They have been widely used in many fields of life science and been considered the focus spot in the study of stem cell.This article reviews the research progress of culture,induced differentiate and application and so on for stem cell.
