喹硫平治疗酒精致焦虑、抑郁的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析研究喹硫平治疗酒精致焦虑、抑郁的临床疗效。方法选择2010年9月-2012年1月来我院就诊的酒精致焦虑、抑郁的90例患者进行分析,将其随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予喹硫平治疗。使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定疗效,以治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果两组患者的治疗前HAMD、HAMA总分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗第1、2、4、8周后HAMD、HAMA总分及减分率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组在治疗第1周后HAMD、HAMA总分及减分率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组发生不良反应如失眠、焦虑、心慌明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,嗜睡、便秘、泌乳素升高不良反应的发生率高于对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组患者发生其余不良反应的情况比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论喹硫平能有效治疗由酒精所致的焦虑、抑郁,而且不良反应较少,值得临床应用推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of quetiapine in treating anxiety-depression that leads by alcohol.Methods 90 anxiety-depression patients that lead by alcohol from September 2010 to January 2012 of our hospital were selected. Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group was 45 cases.Patients in control group were given routine treatment,patients in observation group was given quetiapine on the basis of control group.HAMD and HAMA were used to value effect.TESS that occurred during treatment was used to value adverse reaction. Results The total score of HAMD and HAMA before treatment between two groups had no obvious difference（P〉0.05）. After treatment for 1,2,4 and 8 weeks,the total score of HAMD and HAMA and score-reducing rate had no obvious difference（P〉0.05）.The total score of HAMD and HAMA,score-reducing rate had obvious difference after treatment for 1 week than contrel group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction occurred in observation group liked insomnia, anxiety and flustered was lower than control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）,but the incidence rate of somnolence,constipation and prolactin rise was higher than control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）,the difference of other adverse reaction had no obvious difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Quetiapine can effective treat anxiety-depression that lead by alcohol and with little adverse reaction, is worth to popularize and use in clinic.
