自制金宝血滤机废液倾倒架的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨金宝血滤机废液倾倒架在倾倒血滤机废液时的应用效果。方法将护士倾倒废液200次分A、B两组,A组应用血滤机废液倾倒架倾倒废液,戴口罩;B组应用人工倾倒,戴口罩、护目镜。观察两组倾倒废液时废液泼洒出外面的量、废液对眼及呼吸道的刺激、体力消耗、腰背疼痛情况、护士的情绪反应及护士压力程度。结果 A组在废液泼洒出外面的量、护理时数、倾倒废液时对眼及呼吸道的刺激时间及刺激持续时间、体力消耗、腰背疼痛加重、承受的压力方面较B组明显减少,在情绪反应上较B组明显愉快。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用金宝血滤机废液倾倒架倾倒废液省时、省力,减少了护士操作时的心理压力,有利于提高护理质量。Objective To explore the application effects of waste liquor dumping shelf of Jinbao blood filter when dumping the waste liquor from the blood filter. Methods 200 times of dumping waste liquor by nurses were divided into two groups of group A and group B. Waste liquor dumping shelf was applied in group A for dumping liquor,with mask worn during dumping; manual dumping was applied in group B,with mask and goggles worn during dumping.Spilled amount,stimulation to respiratory tract and eyes casued by the waste liquor,nursing hours of dumping a bag of waste liquor,consumed physical power,lumbar and back pain,and nurses′emotional reaction and nurses stress level were observed in the two groups during dumping the waste liquor. Results Spilled amount,nursing hours of dumping a bag of waste liquor,stimulation to respiratory tract and eyes casued by the waste liquor,consumed physical power,lumbar and back pain,nurses stress level in group A were significantly fewer than those in group B,and the emotional reaction in group A was happier than that in group B.There were statistical significances in the comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of waste liquor dumping shelf of Jinbao blood filter for dumping waste liquor is time-saving and power-saving for research subjects,which reduces the psychological pressure during operation and is beneficial to improving nursing quality.
