摘  要:以5-氯水杨醛,4-溴甲基苯硼酸,2-氨基-5-氯苯甲酰胺为原料合成了一种基于ELF-97的新型H2O2荧光探针P1,并用1H NMR,13C NMR和HRMS对其结构进行了表征。此探针在0.02 mol/L PBS-DMSO(9∶1,V/V,p H=7.4)的溶液中,在360 nm激发光激发下,最大发射波长为425 nm,荧光微弱;加入H2O2后,相同的激发波长下,425 nm发射峰消失,同时在515 nm处出现强的荧光发射峰。515 nm处荧光强度与H2O2的浓度呈动态学相关性,线性响应范围为5~45μmol/L,检出限为0.1μmol/L,牛奶中检测H2O2的回收率在94.0%~106.0%之间。探针P1对H2O2的快速检测具有潜在的应用价值。A novel 2-( 2'-hydroxy-5'-chlorophenyl)-6-chloro-4( 3H)-quinazolinone( ELF-97)-based fluorescent probe( P1) for hydrogen peroxide was prepared from 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde,4-( bromomethyl)phenylboronic acid and 2-amino-5-chlorobenzamide, and its structure was characterized by1 H NMR,13 C NMR and HRMS. Weak fluorescence intensity was observed at 425 nm when the solution of probe P1 was excited by 360 nm UV light. After addition of H2O2,however,emission peak at 425 nm disappeared while strong peak emission at 515 nm appeared with the same excitation wavelength( 360 nm). The fluorescence intensity at 515 nm was dependent on the concentration of H2O2 in the linear response range of5- 45 μmol / L. The detection limit of H2O2 was 0. 1 μmol / L( S / N = 3) and the recovery rates of added H2O2 in milk were in the range of 94. 0%- 106. 0%. Probe P1 was potential to become a useful tool for rapid detection of hydrogen peroxide.
