摘　　要：从关注涉法涉诉群体心理问题的角度,阐述执业律师对该群体辅助于心理咨询服务的社会意义,探讨如何识别心理服务对象,介绍匹配该群体的两种心理咨询疗法,辨析了法律服务与心理服务之间的关系,提出司法部门协同开展法律服务与心理咨询服务的共建设想。This article,focusing on the psychological problems of the law-related and litigationrelated group,expounds the social significance of the psychological consultation service for the group by lawyers,discusses how to identify the psychological service object,introduces two kinds of psychological counseling therapy which match the group,analyzes the relationship between legal service and psychological service,and puts forward the co-construction idea of coordinating legal services and counseling services by judicial institution.
