摘 要:为了提高软件研发的管理效率,提出了一种模型驱动的研发管理工具的设计思想和实现方案。使用可视化设计器建立模型生成不同的管理策略,采用管理引擎解析策略提供管理服务。首先从领域模型和业务流程模型两个方面设计全景可视化模型,然后管理引擎解析模型并生成网页脚本和后端服务,最终实现工具的应用。实际应用结果表明工具可更有效地进行软件项目监控、管理和协调,降低研发管理的压力和成本,减少风险带来的影响,通过预演未来的项目状态可以辅助项目决策。工具在多项目实时管理方面具有显著优势,可以应用于国家电网信息化建设的项目。In order to improve the management efficiency of software development,a design idea and realization plan of model-driven research and development management tool was proposed. Different management strategies were generated by establishing models using visual designers,and management services were supplied by analyzing the strategies using a management engine. Firstly,panoramic visual models were designed from domain models and operation flow models,then the management engine analyzed the visual models and generated Web scripts and back-end service,finally completed the tool's application. Practical application results indicate that this tool can monitor,manage and coordinate software projects more effective,reduce stress and cost of development management,reduce influence of risks,and assist project decision by previewing the project status in future. This tools had significant advantages in real-time management of multiple projects,and can be applied to projects of State Grid information construction.
