摘  要:公共楼宇中央空调耗能高、季节性强、可调潜力大,是目前用户侧能源管理与能效提升的主要研究对象。针对传统水冷式中央空调的主机系统,重点研究了中央空调主机系统的能效优化方法,提出了基于实测数据能效在线实时监测和动态优化控制相结合的优化方法,分析了主机系统及分设备的能效评价指标,并建立了中央空调主机系统的能效优化控制模型,且详细构建了能效动态优化控制全过程;最后通过苏州商业楼宇的实证案例,分析了试点期间各类天气下的平均削负荷情况及综合节能量,据估综合节能量可降耗约8%~10%。Central air-conditioning in public buildings,with its high energy consumption,obvious seasonal characteristics and high potential adjustability,is a major research subject in the field of user-side energy management and energy efficiency improvement. For the host system of traditional water-cooled central air-conditioning,this paper discusses the method for optimizing its energy efficiency,presents an optimization method combining real-time online monitoring of energy efficiency and dynamic optimization control,analyzes energy efficiency evaluation indicators for the host system and subsets,establishes an energy efficiency optimization control model for the host system of central air conditioning,and constructs in detail the whole control process for dynamic optimization of energy efficiency. Finally, using commercial buildings in Suzhou as an empirical example, it analyses average load cutting and comprehensive energy saving under various weather conditions during the experimental period. As estimated,the comprehensive consumption reduction can reach 8% ~ 10%.
