摘　　要：从矿业用地概念、矿业权与土地产权的关系、矿业用地制度存在的问题及解决办法、采矿用地退出等五方面对矿业用地研究文献进行了梳理,提出当前研究存在理论剖析和定量研究少、对采矿用地补偿标准研究不足等问题。建议今后加强理论和定量研究,深化采矿用地补偿制度、矿业用地细化分类与差别化政策制定、整治资金投资效益定量评价等方面研究。This study made a literature review of the mining land from five aspects：concept and characteristics of mining land, relationship between mining right and land property right, problems in mining land systems and its countermeasures,withdrawal system of mining land. The paper points out the defects of present studies： lack of research on the whole process of mining land, mainly on the poliey research,lack of research on compensation, less quantitative research, etc. Based on this, this study proposed to strengthen theoretical and quantitative research, especially to deepen the study of mining land compensation system, meticulous mining land classification and differential policy design,quantitative evaluation on the funds on mining land reclamation.
