护理干预对老年糖尿病患者遵医行为和血糖控制的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对老年糖尿病患者遵医行为和血糖控制的影响效果。方法选取2013年10月~2014年12月中医科接受治疗的老年糖尿病患者85例,随机分为观察组43例及对照组42例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予针对性的护理干预措施。观察两组患者的遵医行为和血糖控制率,并比较两组患者的各项生活质量评分。结果观察组患者优良率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的83.33%（P〈0.05）。观察组患者血糖监测、饮食控制、药物规范治疗、运动治疗的遵医率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的各项生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对老年糖尿病患者进行护理干预,可明显提高其遵医行为和血糖控制率,提高其生活质量评分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on compliance behavior and blood glucose control in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 85 elderly patients with diabetes from October 2013 to December 2014 in the department of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into observation group of 43 cases and control group of 42 cases. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention measures based on the control group. The compliance behavior and blood glucose control rate, and the quality of life scores of patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（83.33%）（P〈0.05）.The compliance rate of blood glucose monitoring, diet control, drug treatment and exercise treatment of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The quality of life of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes can improve the compliance behavior and blood glucose control rate, improve the quality of life score, it is worthy of clinical application.
