摘　　要：高职院校深化产教融合存在许多困难,主要原因是企业在产教融合中得益少、积极性低,因此需要搭建一个平台,使学校与企业通过这一平台,实现营利与育人的目的。"机器换人"工程由政府提出,政府、企业、学校三方积极参与的合作平台,通过这一平台,政府达到经济转型升级的目的,企业提升设备利用率和生产效率,降低生产成本,增强市场竞争力,学校提升育人质量,并且在实施"机器换人"工程中探索一条深化产教融合的新途径。There exist many difficulties in the deepening of the production and education integration in higher vocational colleges. Its main reason is attributed to the low profit and insufficient initiative for the enterprises in the cooperation. Therefore, it is necessary to build a platform, through which colleges and enterprises can realize the win-win cooperation of educating students and making money. Proposed by the government, the machine substitution project provides a cooperation platform where the government, enterprises and colleges volunteer to participate. Through this platform, the government is able to achieve economic transformation and upgrading; the enterprises can improve the equipment utilization rate and the production efficiency, thus reducing the production costs and enhancing the market competitiveness ; the colleges can improve the quality of education. Furthermore, the process of this project helps explore some new approaches to deepening the integration of production and education.
