井下火药库隔爆等温除湿系统开发及应用

摘  要:为解决邢台矿-320 m水平火药库内潮湿影响爆破材料性能的问题,开发了矿用隔爆型等温除湿系统。在干球温度和相对湿度分别为26℃、90%的状态下,该系统的除湿量达30 kg/h;3个除湿季的应用表明,在井下风流参数为23℃和80%的情况下,经系统等温除湿后,送风参数依次为相对湿度50%以下,干球温度22℃。该系统实现了空气的等温除湿处理,消除了火药库内的结露现象。实测数据表明,该系统有效降低了高湿矿井火药库的湿度。High humidity air environment has an adverse effect on the performance of powder. To solve the high humidity in powder magazine at- 320 m level of Xingtai Mine,a novel explosion-proof isothermally dehumidifing system was developed,which has a dehumidification capacity of 30 kg / h when the entering air dry-bulb temperature is 26 ℃ and relative humidity is 90%. The system has been operated in Xingtai Mine for one year. The outlet dry-bulb temperature of 22 ℃ and the relative humidity of 50% can be achieved by the system with a inlet air dry-bulb temperature of 23℃ and the relative humidity of 80%. No moisture condensation on the wall of powder magazine occurred after the system is operated. Data has shown that the system can effectively reduce the humidity of powder magazine.
