摘 要:近距离突出厚煤层群石门揭煤具有煤层厚度大、煤层松软、层间距近、穿煤段长等特点,因此防突技术难度大,严重影响矿井采掘部署。针对石炭井焦煤公司具有该特点的上831运输石门揭煤工程,提出了地质及层位超前探测、区域预抽联合消突、渐进式揭煤、超前支护等综合防突技术措施。现场应用表明,综合防突技术措施取得了较好的效果,有效防止了揭煤过程中的煤与瓦斯突出,实现了安全、快速揭煤。With the characteristics of great thickness,soft,close distance and large length across through coal seam,it brings the greater difficulty for outburst prevention of rock cross-cut coal uncovering for close thick outburst coal seams and to move forward,seriously affect the mining deployment. Aimed at the project of up 831 haulage crosscut working face in Shitanjing Coke Corporation,which has the same characteristics above,comprehensive outburst prevention technique measures,including geological structure and layer pre-prospection,regional gas pre-drainage combined outburst prevention technology,progressively rock cross-cut coal uncovering technology and advanced supporting technology,were proposed in this paper. Field application proved that the measures were effective and achieved better result. As a consequence,coal and gas outburst was prevented effectively and ensured that the project of rock cross-cut coal uncovering went through safely and rapidly.
