摘　　要：综合强制性清洁生产审核完成情况、经济、资源、环境效益,建立具有层次结构的强制性清洁生产审核绩效评估指标体系。采用变异系数法确定指标层指标权重,准则层指标采用等权重,并用于四川省2012年度强制性清洁生产审核绩效评估。结果表明:2012年四川省及各地市(州)清洁生产审核取得了一定效益,但地区间效益差异较大,与地区间强制性清洁生产审核开展情况及发掘清洁生产审核效益程度有关。建立的评估指标体系简单、适用,可用于强制性清洁生产审核绩效评估。An innovative indices system with hierarchical structure for the performance assessment of compulsory cleaner production audit was presented that integrated the completion rates,benefits on economy,resource and environment. The indicators at indicator layer were weighted by variation coefficient method,and equal weights were used at rule hierarchy. The indices system was used to assess the performance of compulsory cleaner production audit of Sichuan Province in 2012. The results indicated that the compulsory cleaner production audit brought benefits to Sichuan Province,but varied in different regions because of various performance on completion rates and benefits developing. The indices system was applied feasible,simple and practical to assess the performance of compulsory cleaner production audit.
