摘  要:采用电弧增材制造的方法制造了TC4钛合金薄壁零件,并对沉积态金属的组织特征进行研究。观察发现,沉积态薄壁零件中存在两类条纹:平行条纹和圆弧条纹。平行条纹是沉积金属受后热作用产生固态相变的结果,而圆弧条纹是金属熔敷过程中的液相轮廓的痕迹。沉积态薄壁零件可以分为顶部和中下部两个区域,顶部区域在最后一层金属熔敷过程中温度整体高于β转变温度,该区域由α′相、α_m相、少量网篮组织以及β相组成。中下部区域在制造过程中经历了不同程度的后热处理,该区域由网篮组织、团束组织、层片状组织、少量残余α′相以及β相组成。TC4 components were produced by additive manufacturing with TIG welding,and the microstructures were studied.Results show that,there are two kinds of stripes of parallel stripes and arc stripes in deposited components.Analysis suggests that parallel stripes are the results of solid- state phase transformation,while arc stripes are the remnants of liquid lines.The additive manufactured components are consisted of top region and bottom region.During manufacturing,the temperature of top region is higher than the β phase- transformation temperature.In this region,α' phase and α_m phase are dominating,β phase and basket — weave structure are rare distributing.Some effects of post heat treatment are applied on the bottom region,microstructures consist of basket- weave structure,colonies,a lamellae,little α' and βphase.
