Microstructure and properties of domestic corrosion resistant steel joint welded by shielded metal arc welding

摘  要:采用中国自主研发耐蚀手工焊条C J507NS对国产船用耐蚀钢DH32分别进行横位置和立位置焊接,利用光学显微镜、万能应力试验机、维氏硬度计对两种位置焊接接头的组织和性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,国产耐蚀手工焊条与国产耐蚀DH32具有较好匹配性,横位置焊接头的抗拉强度达到516 MPa,-20℃平均冲击吸收能量值为235 J;立位置焊接头抗拉强度达到526 MPa,-20℃平均冲击吸收能量值达到103J。两种位置焊接接头的硬度均小于350 HV,经过168h内底板腐蚀试验接头表面都没有不连续台阶,经过98天上甲板腐蚀试验,焊缝与母材交界处无明显台阶,都满足现有船规和IMO标准要求。DH32 domestic corrosion resistant steel was welded at horizontal position and vertical position with domestic corrosion resistant manual electrode CJ507 NS.The microstructure and properties of joints were analyzed and tested by microscope,stress test machine,Vickers hardness tester.The results indicate that domestic corrosion resistant manual electrode matches well with DH32 domestic corrosion resistant steel.For horizontal and vertical position welded joints,the tensile strength reach 516 MPa and 526 MPa,and the average impact strength reach 235 J and 103 J at-20 ℃.The hardness of these two kinds of corrosion resistant steel joints are lower than 350 HV.After inner bottom flat corrosion test fori68 hours,there is no discontinuous steps on the surfaces of these joints.And after upper flat corrosion test for 98 days,there is not obvious steps on the.surface of junction of weld and base metal.All the results meet the specification of ship standards and IMO standards.
