摘　　要：所谓风险意识文化,是一种集办学理念、风险管理理念、风险管理行为规范和风险道德标准等要素于一身的文化力,是民办高校全面风险管理体系的重要组成部分。民办高校风险意识文化拥有独立性、长期性、传播性、自觉性、全员性和约束性等特征,在帮助民办高校建立和完善全面风险管理体系、提高管理水平等四个方面具有重要意义。风险意识文化建设的途径包括确立建设目标、理清建设思路、多样化针对性措施和注意效果衡量。Risk consciousness culture, as it is called, is the culture strength that integrates various elements such as ideals of running school, ideals of risk management, regulations on risk management action, and risk moral standards etc,and also is the important part of overall risk management system in private universities. Risk consciousness culture in private universities has the characteristics of independence, long - term, spreading, consciousness,all- staff, and restriction etc ,and it has important significance to help private universities to set up and complete the overall risk management system and improve the management level. In order to construct risk consciousness culture ,we should establish the aim in its construction, make the ideas clear, adopt varied pertinent measures, and pay attention to the effect evaluation.
