现代大学制度视域下民办高校工会发展研究

摘　　要：高校工会作为教职工代表大会的工作机构,切实发挥着民主参与、管理和监督作用。加强高校工会发展研究是现代大学制度建设的客观要求,特别是对于民办高校而言,以"民主"为主线开展工会研究十分必要。民办高校应创新治理体系,注重工会工作队伍建设,创新工会工作内容、工作方式、工作绩效评估机制,从而发挥工会在学校发展中的重要作用。The labor union in universities, as the operating organism of university staff representative conference, performs practical functions in democratic participation, management, and supervision. In order to establish modem university system, it is the objective requirement to strengthen the research on the development of labor union in universities, and especially for private universities it is necessary to do research on the labor union based on the ideal of ＂democracy＂. So private universities should innovate the management system, emphasize the construction of working team in the labor union, and innovate the content, method and evaluation system for its work so as to give play to the important function of the labor union in the development of schools.
