摘　　要：芦笋是多年生宿根性草本植物,是当前我国农业结构调整中利于农民创收的好项目,我国已成为世界上芦笋种植面积最大的生产和出口国,国际影响力不断提升,然而却不是芦笋生产强国。该文综述了我国芦笋分布简况和采收贮藏加工技术的研究进展,对存在的问题进行了分析,并对芦笋产业的发展前景进行了展望。Asparagus was perennial herbaceous plants ratoon sex,in current agricultural structure adjustment,it is a good project to farmers in China.China has become the largest asparagus planting area in the world,and the international influence is increasingly improving,but the asparagus industry has deficient competitiveness.Recent research progress on present situation of asparagus industry layout,its harvest storage and processing technology of asparagus were reviewed.The existing problems in it were analyzed,and the future development prospect for asparagus industry was expected in this paper.
