摘 要:研究Y_2O_3添加量与低温保温温度对BaTiO_3基正温热敏电阻(PTCR)陶瓷性能的影响。采用固相法制备BaTiO_3基PTCR陶瓷。采用X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析陶瓷的相组成及微观形貌。结果表明:低温保温温度为1 045℃,Y2O3的添加量(摩尔分数)为026%时,陶瓷的温度系数α为0116℃^(-1),升阻比lg(ρmax/ρRT)为41,耐电压强度(E)为76 V/mm。当低温保温温度升至1 090℃时,其耐电压强度升至126 V/mm。The effects of Y203 addition and soaking temperature on the properties of the BaTiO3-based positive temperature coefficient of resistance (PTCR) ceramics were analyzed.A series of BaTiO3-based PTCR ceramics were prepared by solid state reaction method. The phase composition and the microstructure of the ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraetometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively.Results showed that the optimal Y203 mol content was 0. 26% while the ceramics was soaked at 1 045℃,the temperature coefficient of resistance ot was 0. 116 ℃^-1 ,the ratio of lg(ρmax/ρRT) was 4. 1 and the withstand voltage strength (E) was 76 V/mm. When the soaking temperature was 1 090℃,the withstand voltage strength increased to 126 V/mm.
