摘  要:由Friedel Crafts(傅克)酰基化反应制得功能性氯乙酰化聚苯乙烯微球载体(PS-acyl-Cl),并通过红外光谱、元素分析和光电子能谱等手段对PS-acyl-Cl进行表征,考察了催化剂用量对反应的影响。结果表明:当催化剂和聚苯乙烯摩尔比为15∶1时,反应达到饱和质量增加率(即最大转化率),且通过改变催化剂用量可以定量控制得到担载量为0~478 mmol/g范围内的PS-acyl-Cl。在此基础上,重点考察了过量催化剂和溶剂的回收循环利用,结果表明:回收液中有的催化剂可直接回用,这可节省新催化剂加入量(如以15∶1的催化剂量加入,可节约40%~50%的新催化剂。);同时,通过对回收液的回用,还达到溶剂直接回收循环利用的效果,即可同时节约大于70%的溶剂。由此达到了反应过程的经济、绿色、环保。Functional chloroacetylated polystyrene microsphere carriers (PS-acyl-Cl) were prepared via Friedel-Crafts acetylation. The structure and chlorine content of PS-acyl-Cl microsphere carriers was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), element analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectrospcoy (XPS) and elemental analysis. The effects of the catalyst amount on the reaction were explored. Results showed that the reaction reached its maximum conversion rate when the reaction rate of weight gain was saturated at mole ratio of 1.5 : 1 ( catalyst : PS), and the-Cl loading of PS- acyl-Cl could be controlled in the range of 0-4. 78 mmol/g by changing the amount of catalyst.The study of excess reagent and catalysts recycling showed that catalyst contained in the recovered solution could be directly reused ,and the amount of fresh catalyst could be saved.For example ,it could save about 40%-50% of fresh catalyst in the reaction of next time, if 1.5 mole of catalyst was firstly added. Meanwhile, the recycling of solvent could be achieved by reusing the recovered liquid, which could save more than 70% of the solvent dosage.Thus, an economic green and environmentally benign reaction process could be achieved.
