摘　　要：基于中国2003年至2013年发生渔业水域污染事故次数与经济损失的统计数据,根据中国渔业水域污染事故类型、特征、机构人员组成现状,分析了中国渔业污染事故调查鉴定存在的问题,提出了中国渔业污染事故调查鉴定今后的发展趋势和对策,以期为今后的渔业污染事故调查与鉴定工作提供参考。Based on the statistical data of fishery pollution accidents and their economic losses during 2003--2013, we analyzed the existing problems in the investigation and identification of fishery pollution accidents in China by pollu- tion types and features of fishery areas, as well as the present situation of organization manning. Meanwhile, we put forward their development trend and coping strategies. This work was aimed to provide a reference for investigating and identificating of fishery pollution accidents in the future.
