摘 要:采用原位无皂乳液聚合工艺,以丙烯酸酯为溶剂,以纳米SiO_2(nano-sio_2)为功能单体,合成纳米SiO_2改性含氟聚氨酯-聚丙烯酸酯(WSFPUA)分散液.通过傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、动态激光散射仪(DLS)、透射电镜(TEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对WSFPUA进行了结构表征.利用光学接触角测量仪、万能材料试验机和热重分析仪分别对WSFPUA乳胶膜的防水性、机械强度和热稳定性进行了分析.结果表明,纳米SiO_2含量为6%(占总固含量的质量百分数)时,乳胶膜接触角达到122.5°、吸水率下降到8.5%,抗拉强度提高了15%,热分解温度提高了20℃.The nano‐SiO2/Fluorinated Polyurethane‐acrylate(WSFPUA ) were synthesized by in‐situ surfactant‐free emulsion polymerization with acrylic monomers as solvent and nano‐SiO2 as functional monomer .The structure of WSFPUA was investigated by fourier trans‐form infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR) ,dynamic laser light scattering (DLS) ,transmission elec‐tron microscope (TEM ) and atomic force microscope (AFM ) .Meanwhile ,the application performance of waterproof、mechanical strength and thermal stability were characterized by contact angle test ,universal testing machine and TGA .The results showed that ,when the nano‐sio2 content was 6% ,the water contact angle of film was 122 .5 ° and water absorption was also reduced to 8 .5% ,the tensile stress increased by 15% ,and the decomposition tem‐perature increased 20 ℃ ,respectively .
